1-on-1 Meeting Template

The 1-on-1 Meeting template was introduced in the article "Conducting 1-on-1 Meetings", published on January 15, 2020.

It provides provides a simple, structured format to help you start or improve your 1-on-1 meetings with your employees or your manager.

The template captures:

• A summary of employee performance objectives
• A summary of employee learning and development goals
• Sections for each of the “Four Quadrants”
• Additional sections for capturing notes on other topics and action items
• A suggested list of agenda topics for a 12 week (1 quarter) cycle
